Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her most well-known work is her role on FX's horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021). She received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress for a Play for her performance in The Merchant of Venice. Her films include What Just Happened (2008). Pawn sacrifice (2014). Miss Stevens (2016). Golden Exits(2017). Vice (2018). Fractured, 2019. On TV, Rabe also appeared in the show The Whispers (2015), The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) and The First Lady (2022). Rabe's screen debut was in 2001 opposite Jill Clayburgh, her mother. She made her stage debut, also with her mother, at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts. She was in two one-act plays: Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. These roles enabled her to get an Equity Card. In July 2003 she appeared in Proof by David Auburn at the Gloucester Stage Company. She was also featured in the movie Mona Lisa Smile. Following graduation, she went back to New York. Deirdre starred in White Jesus from September 29 through October 2 in 2004, one of a variety of one-act plays performed by The Democracy Project at The Naked Angels Theater Company.
