Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC (born March 4 1954) is a Canadian-American actor and comedian. O'Hara is the proud recipient of numerous awards, including an award called the Genie Award. She was appointed as an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2018 and was honored with the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award in 2020. O'Hara made her debut as an actress in 1974, as a member of The Second City in Toronto. She was part of the main cast on the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978) alongside John Candy and Dan Aykroyd. The next year, O'Hara and Candy began working in the sketch comedy program Second City Television (1976-1984), where she drew the attention of critics for both her performance as a comedic actor and writer, securing an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for an Variety Series in 1981. In 2022, O'Hara was added to the new Second City artistic advisory board which was headed by Stephen Colbert, along with Steve Carell, Dwayne Colbert, Tina Fey, Keegan-Michael Key, Julia Louis-Dreyfus Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows, Peter Murrieta, Suzy Nakamura, Sam Richardson, Jeff Richmond, Jason Sudeikis, and Robin Thede.
